If you identify a product being sold on the Frendz platform that should not be available for sale, please submit a report. Our team will review the matter as a priority and will take the appropriate measures as soon as possible.
Prohibited or Fraudulent Product
If you observe the sale of a prohibited or potentially fraudulent product on the Frendz platform, please contact us by email at denuncia@frendz.com.br, providing the following information:
- Link to the page where the product is being sold;
- Link to the checkout page;
- The grounds for suspecting that the product is prohibited or fraudulent;
- Screenshots or any other evidence of the irregularity.
The more information provided, the faster and more accurate our team's review will be.
Plagiarism or Piracy
To report cases of plagiarism or piracy on the Frendz platform, please contact our team by email at denuncia@frendz.com.br, including the following information:
About you and the original product:
- Full name;
- Platform on which the original product is available;
- Date on which the product was first offered for sale;
- Links to the sales page and the checkout page of the original product;
- Proof of intellectual property ownership, if any;
- Screenshots of prior sales;
- Evidence substantiating the plagiarism.
About the copied or pirated product:
- Link to the page where the product is being sold;
- Link to the checkout page;
- Images, screenshots, or any other evidence of the infringement.
The more information submitted, the faster our team will be able to review the matter and take action.
